General Update

Right now I'm working on recording one of my older songs "thinking bout" for the EP. This would be the 2nd song on the album. You can watch a video of it on my youtube. The version I'm recording currently does not have the same guitar part as the video. The piece is focused on piano, though there is still some subtle guitar in the back. Working on it has been different because I've been utilizing MIDI, which I lack experience in. The words are also a little different in some places, because I messed up a little bit in parts. Im hoping to finish it soon, but Im having trouble finding time, and also getting all the piano in place.

On the side when I'm not recording, I've also been continuing to write confidence. Just deciding if I want a 3rd verse, bridge, solo? I enjoy the song a-lot, and the EP needed some upbeat tunes, so I think it will turn out well.

I also started a quick recording of a new song. I said I wouldn't work on multiple things, but I was digging the chord progression and the creative juices were flowing. I am going to have a post about this song up right after this one.
